Match v Manchester Captains.
Sale Golf Club. July21st.
The match was won by Manchester Captains 6-2 who now hold the trophy which we have held since 2014. We have asked Manchester Captains to look after the trophy for one year!

A great first away win of the season. Derbyshire 5 matches Warwickshire 3 matches.

Inter-Counties match at Erewash Valley Golf Club. June 28th.
96 players from 4 counties challenged for the Inter-Counties Cup. Derbyshire running out worthy winners, with a total of 401 points from their 10 best scoring players, beating the previous holders and runners up, Northamptonshire by 22 points. The Photograph shows Captain Alan receiving the trophy from the Northamptonshire President David Hill.
Captain’s Day. Chevin Golf Club. June 26th. The photograph shows Captain Alan with winners David Hardy and Roger Hill with 46 points. Roger Hanks and Kevin Leatherland were 2nd with 44 points beating Frank McCabe and David Hutchinson on a back nine countback.
Alan would like to thank everyone who attended and contributed to his charity.

The match was very close but Sheffield
Captains edged the contest winning 6-4

Second Place with 46 points: Mike Whalley and Paul Waring.
Third Place (on countback) with 44 points: Keith Potter and Gordon Patterson.
22 teams entered and a wonderful day was had by all. The hospitality from Stanton on the Wolds Golf Club was excellent.
